Returns Policy
We accept returns of most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective due to our error.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for return processing after delivery, and
- additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Shipping
We ship to most addresses within in US; however, some products may have shipping restrictions.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at checkout based on product availability and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping rates for many items are calculated based on package weight and destination. Product weights are listed when available, and all shipping weights may be rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with carrier requirements.
Product Availability / Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally, certain products may become temporarily unavailable due to high demand or production schedules.
If an item you order — including products such as the Mountain Muffler — is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you within 3 business days to provide the following options:
- a full refund to your original payment method, or
- the option to wait for the next production batch, which is typically available within approximately 6 weeks.
We do not charge customers for items that cannot be fulfilled without providing the option of a refund.
